Sensibo Air didn't recognize my remote control

Try these few steps:

1. Make sure that the remote control has fresh new batteries and try to detect the remote again. Often when the batteries are weak the signal from the remote is hard to detect.
2. Navigate to the device's screen by selecting it from the Locations Screen
3. Tap the "Touch to setup remote" notification
4. Point your remote towards the device and press the "On" button
5. Send a few on and off commands from the remote. Be sure to wait a second or two between each press on the remote
