No. You can wipe the dust off the filter, but you cannot wash nor vacuum the filter.

Where do I find the UID & model number on my Sensibo Pure?

The model number & UID (Unique IDentifier) can be found at the bottom of the unit.

How do I replace the Sensibo Pure filter?

How do I reset the filter counter on the Sensibo Pure?

When replacing the old filter / after installing the new filter, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to reset the filter counter. Note: This is not needed for first-time use.

Do Sensibo Pure filters have a smell?

Yes. You may notice a slight plastic smell upon first use. This is due to the packaging and is perfectly normal. Don't worry, the smell will go away quickly.
